Ordering

When will my order be made?

Each M Grace piece is made to order after your purchase is placed. Most pieces are completed within approximately 4–6 weeks before shipping.
Can I change or cancel my order?

Because production begins specifically for you, changes or cancellations may only be possible within a limited window after purchase. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change.
Can I request a custom size, metal, or stone?

Yes, select styles may be available with custom sizing, metal, or stone options. Contact us before ordering and we’ll let you know what may be possible.
Do you offer custom jewelry?

Yes. We offer both modifications to existing M Grace designs and fully custom pieces created from the ground up. Depending on the request, we can explore changes to size, metal, stone shape, stone size, setting, and other design details.

If you have a completely custom idea in mind, contact us with any references or details and we’ll review what may be possible.

Sizing

How do I find my ring size?

For the most accurate fit, we recommend using a physical ring sizer or individual ring gauge set. You can also refer to our Ring Size Guide for measurements and conversions.
Can eternity rings be resized?

Full eternity rings can be difficult to resize because the stones continue around the entire band. We strongly recommend confirming your size before ordering.
What if I am between sizes?

Fit can vary depending on the width and design of the ring. If you are between sizes or unsure, contact us before ordering and we can help you choose.

Shipping & Returns

How much is shipping?

We offer free insured DHL shipping within the U.S.
How long does shipping take?

Production typically takes approximately 4–6 weeks. Once your piece is complete, you’ll receive DHL tracking information when it ships.
Are duties and tariffs included?

Yes. M Grace covers applicable import duties, tariffs, and customs costs associated with bringing our jewelry into the United States. These costs are reflected in our pricing and may change as import rules or tariff rates change.
Do you accept returns?

Eligible unworn pieces may be returned according to our return policy. Customized, resized, engraved, or otherwise personalized pieces may be final sale. Please review our Shipping & Returns page for full details.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We’ll review the issue and help arrange the appropriate resolution.

Diamonds & Materials

Are your diamonds real diamonds?

Yes. Our lab-grown diamonds have the same physical, chemical, and optical properties as mined diamonds. Their difference is their origin.
Why does M Grace use lab-grown diamonds?

Lab-grown diamonds give us more freedom to focus on beautiful stones, distinctive cuts, scale, and thoughtful design while maintaining fine-jewelry quality.
Are your diamonds certified?

Where applicable, our diamonds are accompanied by an IGI grading report. Certification availability varies depending on the stone size and product, and relevant details are listed on each product page.
Where is M Grace jewelry made?

Our jewelry is made to order in Japan with close attention to setting, proportion, finishing, and wearability.
