Shipping policy

Production time

Most M Grace pieces are made to order and require approximately 4–6 weeks for production before shipping. During Golden Week, Obon, or the New Year holiday period in Japan, production may take approximately 5–7 weeks instead. Special or highly customized orders may take approximately 6–8 weeks; we'll let you know in advance if your order falls into this category. Production times may vary slightly depending on the design, size, metal, stone selection, or customization requested.

Shipping within the U.S.

M Grace offers free insured DHL shipping to the United States.

Once your order is ready to ship, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. A signature may be required upon delivery.

We currently only ship to the U.S., please contact us if you want to place an order outside of the U.S..

Delivery

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Delivery times may be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control.

Lost or damaged shipments

All shipments are fully insured. If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@shopmgrace.com with your order number and, if applicable, photos of the damage.

We'll work with the carrier's claims process on your behalf and provide a repair, replacement, or other suitable resolution once the claim is resolved. This does not affect the separate workmanship warranty described in our Refund Policy.

Duties, tariffs & customs costs

M Grace covers applicable duties, tariffs, customs charges, and import costs associated with bringing our jewelry into the United States.

These costs are reflected in our pricing and may change over time as tariff rates, import rules, or other cross-border requirements change.

For standard U.S. orders, customers will not be asked to pay additional import charges upon delivery.
